Trisys Telecom's Tapit EX Call Accounting software package is a true 32-bit software that works with any electronic key telephone system KSU and PBX with CDR (call detail recorder) SMDR ( Station Message Detail Reporting ) capability. At the termination of each incoming or outgoing call, Tapit EX captures information from the telephone system on computer's hard disk. Tapit EX then lets this data be recalled in a variety of valuable reports, helping a business executive make informative decisions to better manage the business. Tapit Web Reports (included with TAPIT EX Multi-User version) enables users to view reports on the Internet. TAPIT Web Reports ver 4.1.3.1 provides users with TRUNK ANALYSIS reports. The following reports are available: All Trunks Busy, Daily Trunk Status, Peak Hour Activity by Trunk, Trunk Group Summary by Hour/Date, Trunk Summary by Hour/Date, Trunk Detail Activity by Date/Hour. When working with Remote Manager, user can create consolidated reports on 30 most active extensions, account codes or telephone numbers. Optional modules can also be added to the basic Tapit EX system.
Remote Manager is available for remote polling of up to 100 sites. The Remote Manager allows you to collect call activity automatically, even when those locations use different phone systems.
Area Code Upgrade is available for updating your Tapit system with up-to-the-minute changes in area codes, thus keeping more accurate records of the cities and states called.
