Call our customer service line for a "repair authorization number". We'll give you a repair code, and instructions on sending your unit to us. Our in-house turn around time is approximately 15 working days. We'll ship you back a working 9031/radio module set or a working 9040 handset complete with a new one-year warranty. You will be responsible for shipping it to us, and you'll be billed $335.00 for each unit refurbished, plus UPS Ground shipping back to you.
