Avaya introduces the Partner Small Office Edition. Perfect for the small office which is happy to be small - this bundle of equipment has everything you need. This bundle comes with a 3x8 processor, four new New Style display phones, one Partner Voice Messaging PCMCIA card (up to 4 mailboxes), cords and documentation. The Partner Small Office Edition processor features Caller ID, 2 PC Card slots for PCMCIA card backup and restore functionality (although the card itself is not included, it's sold separately) or PVM voice mail, and direct connection of analog answering machines, fax machines, telephones, and modems. Other system features include: 911 forced account code interaction, unique line ringing, automatic daylight savings time/standard time adjustment, programmable for up to 100 system speed dial numbers, internal call forwarding, capability for up to 2 contact-closure connections to control door locks, security systems, and other devices by using contact-closure adjunct.
This special "SOE" processor is NON-EXPANDABLE. This system cannot accept expansion cards or Partner Messaging modules. The Partner Small Office Edition has a separate music jack for Music On Hold accessories, and a paging jack for connection to paging systems. This system will handle up to 3 incoming lines and 8 extensions - no more. It comes with 4 phones, but additional phones may be added. This bundle is packaged directly from Avaya - no substitutions are allowed. All phones are black only. Standard analog devices may also be added, such as a credit card machine or a fax machine. It is also compatible with the Wireless 3910 or Transtalk phones.

*This processor is a Release 6 (see brochure here). It will not have the features of the Release 7. It will do everything the Partner ACS R6.0 did, except expand. (No addition of T-1, 308EC, Partner Messaging, etc, therefore no Cell-Phone forwarding, no DID, no Unified Messaging, etc.)
